i had ordered 3 medical id necklc-diabetic. only recieved two and called that day. customer service was great called in 5 min. fixed the problem and recieved the missing necklace yesterday on 4/12/12

The necklace was good length but the actually mask charm was a little large for me, but otherwise a great product.
