I love the sparkle of the crystals and they are a very nice, deep blue. The bracelet itself is just the right size.

I contacted you regarding the engraving coming off. As a medical alert bracelet it serves no purpose if you can't see the alert. You advised me to send it back. Which I did on 792013. Please advise us of the status .I would like to add that they are working to resolve this with me. They are very quick to reply when I have contacted them. I thought this was the perfect medical alert bracelet it had all the information needed.We have resolved the issue. I hope to be able to purchase more links in the future.
