An image of this necklace was featured in an email from Neatie, and I ordered it. Originally, it shared the same name verbatim as another Carnevale item (now described as a patchwork heart necklace), so when my necklace arrived, it was the incorrect item. It took a while, but Neatie corrected the issue, and later I saw this necklace featured in yet another email so I bought it again, and the correct one arrived. I switched out the chain for a shorter one and wear it almost daily. I get compliments on it all the time. It is well constructed and the crystals are beautiful. I definitely recommend it!

After my first delivery was undelivered/stolen Joelle Jewellery replaced my order and I absolutely love it and I'm sure my niece will too. This is a lovely chain and the font is gorgeous. Thank you

It was a beautiful gift idea.

Arrived really quickly, well packaged and with the cutest gift packaging to make up at home.I bought this as a gift for my little sister - she cried when she opened her gift (bought her the matching bracelet also) ... hasn't took them off.Love them. Would recommend and buy again
