I really like the smooth and slightly heavy feel of this ring. My only slight complaint is that the cross is extremely light and barely scratches the surface of the personalised ring. It is more a reminder for the person wearing the personalised ring than it is a sign to others seeing the personalised ring. Overall though a very nice ring which I would order again. Neatie was very helpful when I ordered the wrong size and provided plenty of clear email communication to resolve the problem which I caused.
