I was very pleased when I received this name necklace. It feels like it's made of good quality materials. Every time I've worn it, I've gotten numerous compliments on it. The only two problems I've had with it has been 1) the chains tend to twist with each other creating an uneven and unclean look, however this is unavoidable with this style of necklace, and 2) the length of the name necklace is slightly awkward as far as where it lands on my chest, no matter if I set it on the shortest or the longest possible length it can be adjusted to. From what I understand, this is easily fixed by buying an extender and getting it attached to the name necklace.Overall, I love this name necklace and would definitely recommend it.

Lovely necklace but smaller than I thought

The name necklace was very nice and heavier than I expected. The only problem was the writting is a little small. Overall though, I was very happy with the product and gave it as a gift & she was thrilled as well. Worth the money.
