The necklace is beautiful and awesome service! I accidentally put the wrong spelling of the name I wanted on the necklace. Of course, I didn't realize until it was delivered to my friend. I sent a message about what happened and to see if there was anything that could done. Surprisingly, I was told that they would send a new one free of charge and it would be sent right away. Great service! I can't wait to see the new necklace with the correct spelling.

Due to the lockdown it was not possible to visit my friend for Christmas, so as a thank you I bought her this necklace charm. She loves it, so for me it was a true win win situation.The quote on the packaging was, for me , the icing on the cake, as it said all that was needed to be said.
