Very nice bracelet and presents well as gift because it comes in a nice velvet box. My 19 yr old son liked it. My brother who is good at everything used the tool to remove the extra links and had no problem. soon to tell how long it will hold up but it looks very nice and seems to be good quality.

The personalised bracelet was as pretty as the picture and my wife liked it until she wore it. It catches on whichever sweater she wears. Very annoying.

I love the chain,and the cuffs themselves appear to be sturdy and look great. Size could be just a bit larger. The bracelet is a bit on the tight side. It doesn't give much slack. The cuffs don't lay flat, and with the snugness of the fit, it can be uncomfortable at times. Just a warning if you have larger wrists.
