We ordered the Earth Spirit Necklace (Wolf Head), but received a different wolf necklace. While the other necklace was okay, it was not quite as nice looking and, of course, not what we ordered. We are generally very pleased with our Neatie customer experiences; however, we have had a similar issue in the past with an iPhone case.

It's lovely, perfect size and length of chain. If you have a small neck like me it sits perfect almost choker look. Love it, very happy customer.
