Lovely necklace but smaller than I thought

The name necklace was very nice and heavier than I expected. The only problem was the writting is a little small. Overall though, I was very happy with the product and gave it as a gift & she was thrilled as well. Worth the money.

The name necklace arrived the very next day in a nice box with bow on it. I'm happy with my product.

I bought this name necklace for my mom and it was a success. It is just as described online, and has a very nice length chain on it, not short. I ordered 3 charms for it and it came with charms already put on which was helpful.. The packaging is nice an my mom received many compliments on it.

I think the item was beautiful and it was certainly a decent value but the way it was tossed into a box and sent made me wonder about it's authenticity. Would you really throw a valuable piece of jewellery in a case to let it's fine necklace twist up like that??
