When I received the item, the name necklace was tangled with it's chain, and was unbelievably knotted. No matter how hard I tried to untangle, it would not release, leaving this beautiful necklace to be absolutely useless.

I love the many compartments for the jewellery but I mainly chose this one because you can hang necklaces from the hooks. This was very important for me. The hooks could be a little sturdier but for the price, it is perfect.
