The necklace is beautiful and awesome service! I accidentally put the wrong spelling of the name I wanted on the necklace. Of course, I didn't realize until it was delivered to my friend. I sent a message about what happened and to see if there was anything that could done. Surprisingly, I was told that they would send a new one free of charge and it would be sent right away. Great service! I can't wait to see the new necklace with the correct spelling.

This necklace goes very well with my wardrobe. I love the colors, and the name pendant is bigger than I expected. The chain is very delicate, but so far I've not had issues with it. I might change the chain at some point, but that is not a big deal. The name pendant itself was a great buy!
