Purchased two of these necklaces as gifts for friends who were returning home abroad. The necklaces are really beautiful and tasteful - the personalised elements look very professional, too. Both friends loved the necklaces. The packaging was very lovely too and presented the necklace nicely.Unfortunately one of them broke and the charms were lost - I got in touch with the company and they sent out a replacement straight away. Amazing customer service and I am so happy with the products! Highly recommended.

Order was place and delieved in a timely fashion. How ever, I requested this be a gift and with that thought it would be wraped as one. When the name necklace was delieved it was not wrap nor was there a card with the name necklace, that I had filled out.I would order again, however I will be more carefull the next with gift wraping.Thank youStacy

The product is beautiful but the chain that comes with it is not appropriate for the weight of this name necklace. I changed the chain to a slightly thicker version and it looks amazing. Even with the swap it was well worth the price.

I'll, ah, skip putting a star to it's education value.This is a very pretty chime necklace-- much prettier in person than I was actually expecting from the picture. The sounds it makes are noticeable, but not irritatingly loud or constant when I move around naturally or give it a little shake. Very sweet and gentle chimes. It came with a high shine, thin silver chain.
