I received the bracelet in good time no damages and it was really pretty more than the picture I'm happy with this personalised bracelet

This bracelet arrived on time and just as pictured, but with no link remover. I needed the link remover and when I contacted Neatie they wanted me to send the whole thing back - all I needed was the link remover. I emailed Willis Judd who responded professionally and quickly and sent me the link remover free of charge. Now that's some customer service. Very nice looking bracelet, good quality so far.

These are really cute, but a fair warning, the hoops are HUUUUGE. I can literally wear them as bracelets if I wanted to.

The bracelet began to unravel about a week after I had it. I don't even wear it anymore. I liked it when I got it but it wasn't a good buy, I wasted my money. I wanted to give zero stars but I couldn't.

I love this very pretty and petite bracelet. It is so dainty - yet is also very very nice. I get compliments on it all the time. It is well made and worth the money. Love it.
