The bangle was nice and of acceptable quality. The box however was dirty and scuffed. It just left an unsettled feeling with me.

my mother in law has Alzheimer's and she's coming to live with us and I really need to find an alert bangle she said wear all the time. I purchased one from you and sent the information on the same day I bought a bangle for engraving. I get a confirmation email saying that you've got the necessary information and then a week later you email me telling me you still need the information in order to ship out my product. the bangle should have arrived the same day she did, it's 2 weeks later she's here and I still have no bangle.
