I have this 18k ring in size 10.5; it's comfortable, surprisingly heavy, and very easily scratched. If the scratches will drive you crazy, you're probably better off with the more durable 18ct flavor. I got the 18K because I wanted a ring that's mostly gold - for me, it makes a better symbol.
