I don’t often leave reviews, but I was so happy with the service and final product I had to share. I contacted Neatie with an idea for a custom signet ring, I had a quick response straight away and discussed some options and decided on a perfect design. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process, being shown drawings of the ring design and updates as it was being created. Not only was I very happy with the product but the customer service and communication was great. I am currently in the process of having another custom item made and have complete confidence I will receive a great item and excellent customer service as always.
