I could not find an inexpensive dibetes medic alert necklace at any of the local pharmacys. They only offered expensive custom orders that would take weeks to get. This was just what I was lookingh for and it was quick and inexpensive.

My mom wanted a gift like this for yrs and as we dont have much money I saw this online and had to get it. She still wears it and she loves it. Never came apart never dulled out and hasnt broke.amazing gift !

Beautiful necklace, but you get what you pay for. If you don't wear it a ton, you won't have any issues. If you wear it daily like the person I got it for does, the coating will wear off and it will become dull.
