I have ordered two things from this seller, a bracelet and a necklace - both birthday presents. It is easy to customize, they ship it so fast and the delivery time is spectacular - especially when you need to get the gift quickly for last minute presents. I got this for my cousin's birthday and she absolutely loved it. I was so happy with the packaging too, it comes with a nice box or packet thing which makes it a very nice gift rather than something silly or tacky. The quality is so good! Surprisingly fantastic quality

Elegant little gift. I would recommend the Rose Gold, as it's such a lovely finish. The name was engraved with nice clear text. Will definitely purchase again.To add, I made a mistake while ordering and got the wrong birthstone. I contacted the seller on Christmas Eve and got a very quick response. They said they would send me the correct birthstone at no extra cost. I received the birthstone today before writing this review. A1 customer service

This is a great little necklace. It's very pretty and sparkles nicely. The pendant is alittle on the small side but but it's very pretty without being overpowering. The chain is also good quality. A very good buy.
