Quality is not great. Not as shiny and chic looking as my other Neaties. I have only had it for not even two weeks and it is already showing wear In the actual bracelet part. Definitely not pleased.

I bought this personalised bracelet for a friend and he hasn't taken it off in three days. He and I both are enjoying it. Thank you for allowing me to do this.

It came as expected in a beautiful box and a card explaining the meaning. No problems with this personalised bracelet.

This item is on Kate Spade year round as part of the bridal collection. It is intended to be a gift for a bridesmaid, or maid of honor. I wanted to buy this for a close friend of mine. I read on hear that this does not come with the adorable gift box, which for me is something my dear friend would enjoy and I would not like to see her go without. Not only are you paying full price for the bracelet with no box, you also are losing out on the 15% off offered on the Kate Spade site. They need to lower their price if they wish to compete with Kate Spade. Do not waste your money!
