So pretty! Arrived much faster than I expected and packaged really well. The little "message in a bottle" is really cute, left blank so I could write my own message. Pleasantly surprised with it. Chain is quite fine but, for the price I'm still happy. Its a Xmas gift so hopefully it holds up well.

I ordered the bow necklace but received the infinity necklace. I gave this a 4 out of 5 for two reasons. First is that my daughter loves the infinity and kept it. Second is that Neatie (Star Shine jewellery) was kind enough to ship me the correct necklace with free shipping. They would have taken it back and replaced for free, but like I said, my daughter loves the infinity that we received. Neatie was very kind and responded quickly. Added bonus, I have received a free shipping coupon to use on my next order as well. I am overall pleased. I understand that mistakes do happen and am pleased to have it resolved politely and quickly.

I love this necklace and I always get complimented when I wear it! I strongly recommend this piece, you will love it too.
