I ordered this name necklace so it would cover my tracheotomy hole...it says in the description it's 16 but it's 18'-I ordered it because it said 16!

I had this on everyday. It is a bit fragile so i would not play around with it opening and closing it a lot but it is a very good necklace would buy again any day.
