i bought this as a gift for a co-worker - I was diaspponted because when she wears the necklace, the necklace doesn't stay chosed, the bone slides out of the heart

This is the second time we have purchased this necklace. My daughter lost her first one after wearing it DAILY for a year. It is a nice size-not big so that it looks like advertising-the chain is nice, and she get lots of compliments on it. Very nice for a gift.
