There is not enough area on this for hanging much. It is pretty and does hold a few items but not longer necklaces.

I am not sure about any health benefit yet. But, the wrist band and the name necklace are quite comfortable and nice looking!

This was a beautiful item, and the picture reflects its beauty. I replaced the name necklace with one that I hand made since I wanted a 22' necklace to give to my friend.I thought that it was a beautiful piece for a very reasonable price. I would buy it again if it ever became available.
