It is easy to customize, they ship it so fast and the delivery time is spectacular - especially when you need to get the gift quickly for last minute presents. I got this for my cousin's birthday and she absolutely loved it. This is a very lovely necklace. The pendant is not big, not small - just the right size. It's sparkles a little and I like that the flower petals are different colors. I highly recommend it, it's such a lovely necklace. I wear it everyday!
