I contacted you regarding the engraving coming off. As a medical alert bracelet it serves no purpose if you can't see the alert. You advised me to send it back. Which I did on 792013. Please advise us of the status .I would like to add that they are working to resolve this with me. They are very quick to reply when I have contacted them. I thought this was the perfect medical alert bracelet it had all the information needed.We have resolved the issue. I hope to be able to purchase more links in the future.

This bracelet is just beautiful. It is exactly as described. I saw some reviews complaining about the size of the heart but the pictures show a ruler next to the heart charm so the size is clearly stated before purchase. Quick shipping and well packaged. Very pleased with this gift.
