This has really helped me for carpal tunnel symptoms in my wrist and my husband for his sore elbow and shoulder. It took about two weeks and then we realized we weren't hurting anymore. I've worn these 247 for a couple of years now. About 6 months ago my wrist started hurting again. I replaced the bracelet and the pain went away. I'm a believer!

i love the bracelet but i cant seem to make the bracelet smalleri cant seem to remove the pins

The picture makes it look like the band is a grey color, but when it arrived it was definitely black--which I didn't mind since I would have preferred it in black. Now, I'm an average sized teenage girl so even though the bracelet is adjustable, even when adjusted to the tightest, the band was a little big on my wrist. It can be annoying but I bear with it. So size wise, it only affects the people with smaller wrists. Otherwise, the look of the overall bracelet was amazing.
