I give this 4 stars because the ring i relcieved was NOT sterling silver. I had bought another one from this same Neatie which was sterling silver but the recent one i got was not. Im not upset because it fits and hasnt messed up my nose or anything but warning just to check for .925 on the inner part of the ring.
